About the Role: We are looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to manage classrooms during teacher absences. You will supervise students and ensure they remain focused on pre-set work. This role is ideal for individuals with school or youth experience who are considering a future in teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
- Ensure students stay on task and engaged
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently
- Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons
- Support the smooth running of the school day
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, coaching, mentoring, etc.)
- Strong behaviour management skills essential
