The Role
- Supervising classes across a range of subjects using lesson plans provided by teaching staff
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Creating a positive and productive learning environment
- Supporting students to complete assigned tasks and remain focused throughout lessons
- Encouraging student participation and engagement
- Providing feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and pupil behaviour
- Building positive relationships with staff and students alike
