Secondary Cover Supervisor Full-Time Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf (various secondary schools) Pay: 120 per day

We are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Secondary Cover Supervisors to work across a range of schools in the Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in education, develop classroom skills, and make a positive impact on young people.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering and supervising pre-prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Maintaining a calm, focused, and positive learning environment
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
- Taking registers and following safeguarding procedures
- Supporting students with their work and encouraging active participation
What We’re Looking For
- Have experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
- Are confident, adaptable, and resilient
- Possess strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Have an understanding of the secondary curriculum (advantageous but not essential)
