Contract – Full time

Location – Daventry and surrounding areas.

Start date – As soon as possible

Teaching personnel are currently seeking a full-time cover supervisor to work in a secondary school in Daventry, starting as soon as possible.

Role responsibilities include

– Supervising classes during teacher absences.

– Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials.

– Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.

– Supporting students to stay on task and engaged.

Requirements

– Previous experience working with young people (school experience desirable)

– Strong classroom management and communication skills.

– Confidence working across different subjects.

– A positive, reliable and professional approach.
