We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and professional Cover Supervisors to support several secondary schools across Bolton. Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing classes during short-term teacher absences. Your key duties will include:
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects
Managing behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting students in their learning and maintaining a positive, productive environment
Ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:
Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A proactive, professional approach to supporting learning
An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
