Are you an experienced cover supervisor seeking a new full time role?

Teaching Personnel are working with a fantastic mainstream secondary school based in the lovely town of Alcester in the heart of Warwickshire to appoint an experienced, professional and reliable cover supervisor to work on a full time basis.

Hours: Full time, tem-time only

Location: Secondary school, Alcester, B49

Rate of pay: Β£100-145 (per day, dependent upon experience)

Who we are looking for?

– Confident inviduals with previous experience as a cover supervisor

– Strong behaviour management and classroom presence

– Able to commit to a full time role in Alcester

– Happy to cover across any subject within the curriculum

– Genuine passion for education

Role:

– Follow pre-set lesson plans and deliver confident lessons across a range of subjects

-Cover various lessons across all year groups

– Step up in the absence of the class teacher, providing consistency to ensure pupils do not miss out on learning

– Manage classroom effectively, creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

– Feedback regularly to class teachers/senior leadership team

– Promote student welfare and safeguarding at all times

This job is to start ASAP, however the school would ideally like to appoint the most suitable person before February half term at the latest!
