Teaching Personnel are working with a fantastic mainstream secondary school based in the lovely town of Alcester in the heart of Warwickshire to appoint an experienced, professional and reliable cover supervisor to work on a full time basis.
Hours: Full time, tem-time only
Location: Secondary school, Alcester, B49
Rate of pay: Β£100-145 (per day, dependent upon experience)
Who we are looking for?
β Confident inviduals with previous experience as a cover supervisor
β Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
β Able to commit to a full time role in Alcester
β Happy to cover across any subject within the curriculum
β Genuine passion for education
Role:
β Follow pre-set lesson plans and deliver confident lessons across a range of subjects
-Cover various lessons across all year groups
β Step up in the absence of the class teacher, providing consistency to ensure pupils do not miss out on learning
β Manage classroom effectively, creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
β Feedback regularly to class teachers/senior leadership team
β Promote student welfare and safeguarding at all times
