Teaching personnel are looking for a dedicated individual for a cover manager role at a secondary school in Northampton.

This is a full time role.
Starting September 2025
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for recording staff absence and consulting with staff agencies to book supply teachers.
- Directly cover staff when required.
- Perform the duties of a cover teacher during the absence of a class\’s teacher.
- Contribute to the evaluation of work set for cover lessons.
- Provide feedback on learning activities.
