There is a fantastic opportunity at one of our partner schools based in Coventry city centre to appoint an experienced and motivated teaching assistant. The OFSTED graded "outstanding" school prides itself on excellence.
Location: Coventry, CV1
Hours: Full Time
Rate of pay: £90-95 (per day)
Start date: 23rd February
Ideal applicant specification:
- Previous experience within school/education/childcare based settings
- Working knowledge of the national curriculum
- 5 GCSEs including Maths/English
Responsibilities:
- Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
- Support children on a 1:1 and small group basis as directed by class teacher
- Show initiative and willingness to support wherever necessary
