Overview
Outdoor Education Specialist role based in Stoke-on-Trent. Full-time contract. Pay rate: Β£96 - Β£251 per day (dependent on qualifications and experience). Start date: September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead outdoor activities such as hiking, walking, gardening and adventure-based learning.
- Promote student engagement, wellbeing and personal development.
- Ensure activities are delivered safely and effectively.
- Support students with varying learning and behavioural needs.
- Collaborate with school staff to deliver positive outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
- QTS desirable but not essential.
- Experience in leading outdoor education activities.
- Confident working with children and young people.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Enthusiastic, resilient and proactive.

- Hold the right to work in the UK.
- Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
