1:1 SEN Support Assistant to support a pupil joining a specialist educational setting in Stoke-on-Trent from September.

This role will involve providing consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day, helping the pupil access learning, develop independence, and engage positively with school life.

Please note

The successful candidate must be comfortable carrying out full personal care duties .

  • Comfortable providing personal care support.
  • Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience within education, care, support work, healthcare, or residential settings is desirable.
