Teaching Personnel are expanding our pool of EYFS Teachers for September 2026 and are keen to speak with passionate Early Years specialists looking to secure their next full-time role ahead of the new academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for EYFS Teachers who want to be considered for well-supported, school-based Early Years roles across the PL25 (St Austell) and TR7 (Newquay and surrounding) areas. About the Role
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS Framework
- Create a nurturing, structured and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional and academic development
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, Early Years teams and parents
- Assess progress and tailor learning to individual needs
- Help children build confidence, independence and curiosity from day one
Who We’re Looking For
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within EYFS
- Are passionate about early childhood development
- Use creative, child-centred teaching approaches
- Build strong relationships with pupils and families
- Are enthusiastic, reflective and committed to high-quality provision
- ECTs with a strong EYFS placement are very welcome to apply.
