The Role As a Communication Support Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with communication and additional needs. Help children engage with lessons, activities and the wider school environment. Adapt your communication and support to suit individual pupils. Build trusting relationships and encourage pupils to develop their confidence and independence. Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to provide consistent support.
