A teaching qualification is not required to be successful in this role—just relevant and up-to-date experience working with young people. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone considering a career in education. This position will allow you to gain experience managing a variety of lessons and building rapport with students. It’s a chance to develop teaching and strong classroom management skills in an environment where lesson plans will always be provided.
Responsibilities:- Working across a range of different year groups and departments
- Managing student behaviour
- Supervising pre-planned, pre-set work from teachers
- Recent and relevant experience working with young people (this can be in an educational, coaching, or care setting)
- Degree educated
- Passionate and committed to working with children in education
- Strong behaviour management skills

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their experience in a school environment or who may wish to pursue teacher training in the future. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
