Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a range of supportive and welcoming primary schools in Coalville and the surrounding areas.
We have long-term opportunities starting in September, alongside flexible day-to-day supply roles.

The Role
- Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 classrooms
- Work across different primary schools throughout Coalville and nearby areas
- Provide 1:1 support for individual pupils where required
- Work as a general classroom Teaching Assistant supporting teachers and pupils
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
- Support pupils with their learning, development, and wellbeing
- Help manage classroom behaviour and daily routines
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or within schools is desirable
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working with different pupils, year groups, and school environments
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
