Key Responsibilities Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes. Assist with classroom preparation and organisation. Provide support for pupils with varying learning needs and abilities. Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment. Help monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience working with children in a school, nursery or educational setting. A positive, patient and nurturing approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
