The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The Role
- Teach Performing Arts across KS3 and KS4.
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons.
- Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to extra-curricular activities, performances and school productions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote excellence within the department.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Performing Arts within a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for the arts.
- Can motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
- Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is committed to supporting both academic achievement and personal development.
