About the School: We are proud to be working with a forward-thinking and inspiring specialist school supporting children and young people aged 7-19 with a primary or secondary diagnosis of Autism and associated social communication needs. With provision from Key Stage 2 through to post-16, the school is dedicated to helping every student discover their strengths, build independence, and achieve success academically, emotionally, and socially.
The Role: As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be a key figure in supporting the emotional wellbeing and behavioural development of students across the school. You will:
- Carry out psychological assessments and deliver bespoke interventions
- Work directly with young people on a 1:1 and group basis
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to embed Positive Behaviour Support strategies throughout the school
- Provide guidance and training to staff and families, promoting consistency and understanding
