We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), and General Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of secondary schools, specialist provisions, and SEN schools throughout South West and South London. Whether you have extensive SEN experience or a strong background supporting young people in education, we are keen to hear from individuals who are passionate about making a difference and helping students achieve their full potential. The Role Successful candidates may be required to: Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs. Support small intervention groups within the classroom. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Work with students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language difficulties, MLD, PMLD and learning difficulties. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Help students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons. Support pupils both academically and socially. Assist with personal care where required (training provided where appropriate). Build strong and trusting relationships with students and staff. Adapt to the needs of different schools and individual learners. We're Looking For ✅ Previous experience working within schools, youth work, care settings, coaching, mentoring, or SEN environments. ✅ A genuine passion for supporting young people. ✅ Excellent communication and behaviour management skills. ✅ A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude. ✅ The ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations. ✅ Experience supporting SEN students is highly desirable. ✅ A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. ✅ Full-time availability Monday to Friday.
