We are recruiting a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 5-16 within a specialist education setting. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, working 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Provide 1:1 tailored support throughout the school day
  • Assist with learning activities, routines and emotional regulation
  • Encourage engagement, confidence and independence
  • Work closely with teachers and specialist staff
  • Qualifications

    • Minimum 6 months childcare experience, especially supporting children with SEN needs
    • Experience in SEN or specialist settings is highly desirable
    • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the school's location
