A welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Chorley, Lancashire is seeking a Design & Technology (DT) Technician to join their team on a full-time basis from February 2026. This role is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The Role
- Preparing materials, tools, and equipment for DT lessons
- Maintaining and organising workshops and classrooms
- Ensuring tools and machinery are safe, serviced, and fit for purpose

- Managing stock levels, ordering resources, and maintaining inventories
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
