A large, inclusive, and well-resourced academy with strong community values, extensive facilities, a wide curriculum, and excellent SEND support integrated across the school rather than through a designated unit is seeking a dedicated, value-sharing Cover Supervisor to join their team!

The Role
You will be responsible for supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues productively. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a focused and effective learning environment. This role may also require providing additional support to students with special educational needs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with secondary aged students
- SEN experience / ability to support additional needs
