Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher to work with some of our supportive partner secondary schools in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students, deliver high-quality lessons, and contribute to a thriving school community.
About the Role
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in your specialist subject (KS5 experience desirable).
- Plan, prepare, and differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Use assessment to monitor progress, identify gaps, and plan targeted intervention.
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, confidence, and achievement.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental initiatives, and whole-school development.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and academic outcomes.
About You
- Holds QTS or QTLS (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).
- Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality teaching.
- Can plan and deliver engaging lessons that motivate learners of all abilities.
