Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, personalised 1:1 tuition sessions.
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to each child's individual learning needs, abilities, and learning style.
- Support pupils in building confidence, improving subject knowledge, and achieving their academic goals.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs, including those with

- Foster positive relationships with learners, families, and education professionals.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate session records.

Qualifications
- A minimum of one year's teaching or tutoring experience within the UK.
- Experience working with Primary and Secondary-aged learners.
- Experience supporting pupils with
- Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Strong subject knowledge in one or more core subjects.
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
- A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
