The Role

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support for children with additional needs, helping them access learning while nurturing their social and emotional development.
  • Support and deliver learning activities in line with the overall teaching plan.
  • Safely undertake moving and handling procedures with designated students.
  • Be actively involved in all aspects of school life.
  • Demonstrate a self-motivated, solutions-focused approach, maintaining a positive outlook and contributing effectively as part of a team.
