We are working with a large, well-regarded secondary school in Warrington seeking a committed English Teacher to join their department from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced teachers to become part of a supportive team focused on raising attainment and driving pupil progress.
Responsibilities
- Teach English across Key Stage 3 and GCSE
- Deliver a full teaching timetable, including planning, marking, and assessment
- Differentiating learning to meet pupils of varying abilities
- Monitor and report on student progress, working collaboratively within the English department
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning across the school
Location & Transport
Easily accessible via the M62, M6, and M56, ideal for commuters from Manchester, Liverpool, and Cheshire. Strong public transport connections from surrounding areas including Widnes, Runcorn, and St Helens.
