The roles Our vacancies vary depending on the needs of each school, but may include: Working alongside the class teacher to support the delivery of lessons and classroom activities. Providing targeted 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs. Supporting pupils with SEN throughout lessons, transitions, break times and other parts of the school day. Delivering small-group and individual interventions. Supporting pupils with their learning, communication, behaviour and emotional regulation. Helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment. Working closely with teachers and other school staff to ensure pupils receive appropriate support. All of our vacancies are based within mainstream primary schools, although SEN support will form part of every role. What we're looking for Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – essential. Your Level 3 qualification must have included a school/classroom-based placement. Previous experience working within a mainstream primary school – essential. A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them achieve their potential. Confidence supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. A reliable, proactive and flexible approach. Ability to commit to a full-time, long-term position. Willingness to travel to schools that may be up to 45 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes by car.
