Whether you’re an experienced Cover Supervisor, an aspiring teacher, or a graduate looking to gain classroom experience, we’re currently recruiting Cover Supervisors / Unqualified Teachers to work across Wickford, Billericay, Basildon and Southend. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in education while working in a variety of supportive school settings.
The Role:
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support pupils with their work and encourage engagement
- Work across a range of subjects and year groups (mainly KS3 & KS4)
We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, etc.)
- Confident classroom presence and good behaviour management skills
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A flexible and reliable approach to work
- Graduates, aspiring teachers, or those with prior classroom experience are welcome
