Teaching Personnel is supporting an inclusive Secondary SEN school in Greenwich that prioritises independence, communication, and functional learning. We are seeking committed SEN Learning Support Assistants for full-time, temporary roles lasting one academic year, starting in September.
In this role, you will work within a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment where pupil agency and personal growth are at the heart of daily practice. You will assist the class teacher in managing classroom routines, leading targeted 1:1 and small group exercises, and delivering adapted learning activities. Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for secondary pupils with complex SEN
- Assist the class teacher with classroom management, resources, and daily routines
- Support functional skills, social-emotional development, and communication strategies
- Help maintain a safe, positive environment tailored to individual student plans
- Carry out role-specific duties to ensure full access to an adapted curriculum
