Contract: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
Pay: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience)

The Role

  • Deliver planned lessons and cover classes when required.
  • Support teaching and learning across the primary age range.
  • Work closely with class teachers to raise pupil achievement.
  • Provide targeted interventions and small group support.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Hold HLTA status or have significant experience in a similar role.
  • Have previous experience working within a primary school.
  • Be confident leading whole-class learning.
  • Have strong behaviour management skills.
  • Be passionate about supporting every child to succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
