The Role
- Deliver planned lessons and cover classes when required.
- Support teaching and learning across the primary age range.
- Work closely with class teachers to raise pupil achievement.
- Provide targeted interventions and small group support.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold HLTA status or have significant experience in a similar role.
- Have previous experience working within a primary school.
- Be confident leading whole-class learning.
- Have strong behaviour management skills.
- Be passionate about supporting every child to succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
