Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant tutoring qualification.
- Experience teaching Maths and English.
- Sports coaching, PE, or sports-related experience preferred.
- Previous experience working within an SEN setting is desirable.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships and inspire learners.
- A patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable educator.
- Someone who can engage students through creative teaching methods.
- A professional who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.
