About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support a newly established Specialist Resource Base (SRB) within a primary school in central Cardiff. This specialist provision will offer a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils with complex needs, ensuring every child and their family feels valued and supported. The SRB will provide a tailored, highly differentiated curriculum using specialist strategies to help pupils thrive. The school is an inner-city setting serving a diverse and sometimes challenging community. It takes pride in its relational approach, with a strong focus on building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
