Teaching Personnel is seeking to appoint a highly organised and professional School Administrator to join a welcoming and supportive school community in the Cardiff (CF3) area.

This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy front-office environment and is passionate about contributing to the smooth running of a school.

As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression, while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the school’s reception and administrative functions.

  • Act as the main point of contact for incoming telephone calls and emails, responding promptly and appropriately to enquiries.
  • Support the wider school team with administrative tasks including printing, copying, and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the school office.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Be committed to supporting all aspects of school life and upholding safeguarding standards.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one – guidance provided). Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (support provided).
