Are you qualifying as a Primary Teacher this summer and looking for your first teaching role in September? Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs/ECTs) to work across primary schools in Cardiff and the surrounding areas from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 while building confidence in your teaching career. Whether you are looking for full-time work, flexible supply teaching, or a longer-term placement, we can help find opportunities that suit your goals and availability.

About the Role- Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of children with a range of abilities.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Gain experience across a variety of school settings to develop your confidence and teaching practice.
- Currently completing a Primary Education degree and due to gain QTS this summer.

- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Welsh-speaking skills are not essential but would be a great bonus!
