Teaching Personnel are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in the CF24 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves supporting little ones as they grow, learn, and explore.
About the Role:
You’ll be working across the early years rooms, supporting children with play-based learning, routines, and daily activities. The nursery has a friendly, supportive team who will help you settle in and grow in confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applicants with early years experience or a genuine passion for working with young children. The following qualifications are highly beneficial:
- Level 2 Certificate in Children and Young People’s Workforce – great for those starting out and working under supervision.
- Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education – allows you to work independently.
- Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce – ideal for more senior responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Registration with EWC (or willingness to register)
- Up-to-date safeguarding training – Teaching Personnel can support you with all of these steps

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
