What Your Day Could Look Like Delivering literacy, phonics and numeracy interventions to small groups Providing 1:1 support to pupils who require additional guidance Supporting class teachers with engaging learning activities Helping to build confidence and independence in young learners Monitoring pupil progress and celebrating achievements Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment Why This Role?
