Education Graduate to join a welcoming and supportive

2-form entry primary school in the CF24 area of Cardiff .

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, or wider education support roles.

Working full-time, Monday to Friday, you will support pupils across the primary age range, helping them to achieve their full potential through targeted interventions and classroom support.

  • Deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions to small groups of pupils.
  • Provide 1:1 support for children who require additional assistance with their learning.
  • Support the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
  • Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage pupil confidence, participation, and independence.
  • Support children with varying learning needs and abilities.
  • Maintain safeguarding and behaviour management standards in line with school policies.
  • Holds a degree in Education or a related subject.
  • Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach.
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
