Are you qualifying as a Primary Teacher this summer and looking for your first teaching role in September? Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs/ECTs) to work across primary schools in Cardiff and the surrounding areas from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 while building confidence in your teaching career. Whether you are looking for full-time work, flexible supply teaching, or a longer-term placement, we can help find opportunities that suit your goals and availability.
