We are currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners to work across friendly and supportive early years settings. Whether you’re looking for flexibility, regular hours, or bank work, we can offer shifts to suit your availability.

The Role

You will support children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, helping to create a calm, welcoming, and safe environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and develop independently.

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with children and staff

  • Assist in creating a stimulating and attractive environment for the children
  • Always maintain confidentiality
  • Provide attentive and personalised care to children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times

  • Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or relevant experience)

  • Newly qualified, returners, and experienced practitioners are all welcome
