Are you passionate about supporting children in their early years? We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join a friendly team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working with young children and are keen to start or develop a career in early years education. The successful candidate will be committed to providing high-quality childcare and helping to create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.

The Role

You will support children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, helping to create a calm, welcoming, and safe environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and develop independently.
