Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to join a secondary school in the Cambridge area.

You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff to provide tailored support for pupils with ASC, ADHD, SEMH and other learning needs.

The role involves one-to-one and small group support, helping implement IEPs and EHCP targets, and promoting an inclusive, positive learning environment.

A patient, proactive communicator is essential.
