Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Cambridgeshire to recruit fully qualified primary teachers for full-time and part-time positions starting in September. We are supporting schools with both long-term and permanent opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. These roles are ideal for teachers looking to secure a position ahead of the new academic year, whether you are seeking stability, progression, or the right school fit.

A full UK driving licence is desirable due to the variety of school locations, but not essential.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
  • Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff
  • Contribute to a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
