Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants for a January start. We are offering a mix of roles, including ad hoc supply, part-time, and full-time placements, across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. These opportunities are ideal for Teaching Assistants seeking flexibility, variety, or longer-term stability. A full UK driving licence is desirable due to school locations, but not essential.

The Role

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
  • Assist with classroom organisation and resource preparation
  • Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs where required
  • Promote positive behaviour in line with school policies
  • Help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
