Are you a motivated and adaptable Teaching Assistant with experience supporting behaviour and ASD? We are currently seeking reliable Secondary Teaching Assistants to work across Caerphilly secondary schools, supporting pupils on both short-term and long-term assignments.
Responsibilities- Support teachers in delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis, particularly supporting students with ASD and behavioural needs
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive engagement
- Support students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Assist in creating a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Flexible working to suit your schedule
