As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers to support students with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and social, emotional and behavioural challenges
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to ensure all learners can thrive.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Gain valuable classroom experience to support your future career in teaching, youth work, or psychology.
You don\βt need previous school experience β we welcome people from all backgrounds who have supported children, young people, or individuals with additional needs.

- Transferable sector experience: Youth work or youth support work, Mental health support or wellbeing roles, Healthcare or care work, Coaching, mentoring, or community engagement
- Excellent communication and listening skills
