We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ECT to work within primary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr, and Caerphilly. You will have the opportunity to teach across the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils in developing confidence and a love of learning. You’ll be supported by experienced staff and leadership teams who understand the needs of Early Career Teachers and are dedicated to helping you succeed.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • An Early Career Teacher (ECT) or newly qualified teacher with QTS

  • Able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Welsh-speaking skills are desirable but not essential
