We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ECT to work within primary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr, and Caerphilly. You will have the opportunity to teach across the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils in developing confidence and a love of learning. Our partner schools are welcoming, inclusive, and proud of their strong community ethos. They are committed to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued. You’ll be supported by experienced staff and leadership teams who understand the needs of Early Career Teachers and are dedicated to helping you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging, well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences that inspire curiosity and progress
- Adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs and abilities
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and support staff

Qualifications
- An Early Career Teacher (ECT) or newly qualified teacher with QTS
- Eager to develop their teaching practice and build confidence
- Passionate about making a positive impact on young learners
- Flexible, reliable, and committed
- Able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Welsh-speaking skills are desirable but not essential
