- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task
- Deliver pre-prepared work and manage daily classroom routines
- Maintain positive behaviour and promote a calm, productive learning environment
- Support pupils with their tasks by answering questions and offering guidance
- Follow school policies and communicate effectively with staff
- Adapt quickly to different subjects, classes, and age groups

- Experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise)
- Confidence, reliability, and flexibility across different year groups
- Strong communication skills and positive relationship-building
- A calm, supportive approach to behaviour management

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
