Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a large, well-established SEN provision to recruit an experienced SEN Teacher to support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher who is committed to making a real difference to the lives of young people with special educational needs.

The Role
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning needs
- Support learners in achieving both academic and personal development outcomes
- Work collaboratively with SEN support staff, therapists, and senior leadership
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Implement and review EHCP targets effectively
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience working as an SEN Teacher, ideally within KS3 and KS4
- Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
