The Role

- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

The role will involve providing tailored support, encouraging independence, and helping pupils develop both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small-group learning support.
- Assist pupils in accessing classroom activities and the wider curriculum.
- Adapt support strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Encourage participation, engagement, and independence.
- Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Work collaboratively with class teachers, the SENCO, and wider school staff.

- Has experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting.

- Is adaptable and able to respond to the varying needs of learners.
