As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals. Responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small‑group basis

- Support pupils with personal care and physical needs when required
- Encourage social, emotional, and communication development

Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Confident, resilient, and proactive approach

- Ability to manage and respond positively to challenging behaviour
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Genuine passion for SEN education and supporting vulnerable learners

- Team Teach training or willingness to complete training
