We are currently recruiting for a full‑time SEN Teacher to support within a primary specialist setting in Bury. The provision supports pupils with Autism, communication needs and associated learning difficulties, with a strong focus on structured learning and individual development. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons adapted to meet a range of SEN needs within a smaller classroom environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering differentiated lessons
- Supporting communication and engagement
- Managing behaviour in a calm and structured way
- Working alongside Teaching Assistants and SEN staff
- Tracking and monitoring pupil progress
Qualifications and experience:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
